Greetings!

So, as it turns out im just an idiot and don't know what an engine knock is. I researched some more, found out it was the tensioner pulley just being.., well, not there. fixed that up, then a week later my front driver-side wheel bearing went out(my my what a fun task that was), then replaced my front brakes while i was at the wheel bearing. so after having spent 400 bucks repairing my car(i do all my work myself) i will be headed to the great state of Texas. Good fun! Wish i could stay there forever. Keep on rockin' folks.
